After having operated previously as Hillbilly's Tractor Work & Land Clearing, a General Partnership,
our company incorporated in January 2006. So if you've seen our green and yellow signs with that
name, that's us! (We'll get some new signs made up soon.)

When you are selecting a contractor, it is important to request a copy of their Worker's
Compensation insurance or exemption card(s) and a copy of their General Liability insurance.
If you hire a contractor without Worker's Compensation insurance or General Liability insurance,
you could be held liable for an injury on your property. With our company, you know you are protected!
Due to the high costs of Worker's Compensation insurance, we have elected to be exempt from Worker's
Compensation. This enables us to keep our cost of doing business lower, so that we can be more
competitive in the Jacksonville area marketplace.
